The Granville Assisted Living Center is an independently owned and operated assisted living located in Lakewood, CO. We have been serving low to moderate income individuals for over 25 years and are consistently recognized by our residents and families for providing care with compassion while maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable physical environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Our Executive Director has overall responsibility of the day-to-day administration, management, and operation of The Granville which includes ensuring compliance with all appropriate regulations set forth by governmental entities having jurisdiction over The Granville. You are entrusted to lead and encourage teams to provide the highest degree of quality care to our residents at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain Policies and Procedures
• Direct supervision of department heads
• Human Resource support for department heads
• Direction over marketing, admissions and discharges
• Implementation of annual operating budget and long range planning goals
THE MUST HAVES:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care or 5 years related experience
• A minimum of (5) five years supervisory experience in a long-term or residential care facility
• Assisted Living Administrator Certification in good standing in the state of Colorado
• Current CPR/BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• PCC (Point Click Care) experience is a plus
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption
