CHCA Associate Member Fee: $1,000
Exhibitor Non-Member Fee: $1,600
Each Exhibitor Registration will include entry for four representatives, one table, a table cloth, two chairs, one trash can and a sign for your organization. Any additional amenities (including outlets) must be purchased directly through Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Hotel Conference Center & Spa
CHCA Platinum Associate Members are given priority placement at the Conference, and may apply their marketing credit to their spring registration. To do so, Platinum Associate Members should submit their marketing credit option form, and the credit will be applied after they register.
To complete the Exhibitor registration, the organization MUST be logged in under the primary contact of the company (please contact CHCA to modify or verify the primary contact). The primary contact will then select to log in as the organization in order to proceed with registration. Please review the registration video provided below for step-by-step assistance.

Vaccination & Screening Requirements
Anyone choosing to participate in the Fall Convention MUST provide a copy of their vaccination, this may be given during registration, or presented in person (the physical card must be present, or the attendee may show proof of vaccination through the Colorado ID App). All participants will also be required to obtain a daily screening. This is a requirement, and those unwilling to comply will be unable to participate in the event.
Platinum Associate Members will be given priority for requested sponsorship opportunities.

- The room rates are $164.00 (Single, Double) $179.00 for a triple and $189.00 for a Queen suite.

- There is Complimentary Self-Parking Available.
- There is a Complimentary Breakfast and Evening Reception for guests.
- There is a $50 per night incidental hold that is authorized, but there is no resort fee.
