Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor in the Colorado Health Care Association Fall Convention.

CHCA Fall Convention Exhibitor Registration Form

2025 Fall Convention Event Information (Coming Soon!)

CHCA Associate Member Fee: $1,000
Exhibitor Non-Member Fee: $2,000

Each Exhibitor Registration will include entry for four representatives, one table, a table cloth, two chairs, one trash can and a sign for your organization.  Any additional amenities (including outlets) must be purchased directly through Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Hotel Conference Center & Spa

Exhibiting at the Fall Convention will include:  8 x10: A 6-ft table with 2 chairs, Four (4) complimentary registrations, meals not included

CHCA Fall Convention Sponsors are given priority placement at the Conference.

Please note that all Non-Member Organizations will be contacted for payment; payment must be received in full in order for CHCA to reserve an Exhibitor Space for the Organization.

Wednesday Luncheon
$35 Fee per individual.

Chef Challenge
Communities that would like to participate should Submit a Challenge Application when the application goes live on July 1st, 2025!

Thursday Luncheon
$35 Fee per individual.

Spotlight Finalists Reception
All attendees are encouraged to attend this complimentary event, to celebrate the Spotlight on Excellence Finalists and their Communities!

Spotlight on Excellence Awards Banquet
$75 Fee per individual.
