For the 27th year, CMDA – The Colorado Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine is
presenting the Annual Conference in collaboration with the Colorado Health Care Association and
Colorado Center for Assisted Living (CHCA & CCAL). Coming Together to Create Success in PALTC will be
held on Friday, April 29, 2022, from 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Denver PPA Event Center, 2105 Decatur St.,
Denver, CO 80211.
