The purpose of the 3-step, AHCA/NCAL Silver Applicant Training process is to provide organizations with the knowledge and tools needed to develop clear and complete, Silver-level applications that will generate the best possible feedback and drive sustainable improvements.
Step 1- This 90-minute webinar will provide the knowledge and perspective needed to begin developing a complete and accurate application.
Step 2- An information gathering tool will be provided to help you identify the content you will need to write your application.
Step 3- Writing workshop in November will review examples, utilize the information that you have captured, and continue the development of your applications.
