Exhibitor Information

CHCA Associate Member Fee: $1,000
Exhibitor Non-Member Fee: $1,600

Each Exhibitor Registration will include entry for two representative, one table, a table cloth, two chairs, one trash can and a sign for your organization. Any additional amenities (including outlets) must be purchased directly through Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa.

Exhibiting at the Spring Conference will include: 8×8 booth, A 6-ft table with 2 chairs, Two (2) complimentary registrations, and includes lunch for two.

Platinum Associate Members will be given priority for requested sponsorship opportunities.

• The daily room rate is $186. 
• The discounted room fee must be booked by May 6th, 2025.

• Valet Parking is $10 per day. 
• The Resort Fee is $15 per day.
