Encore Rehabilitation is contracted to manage day-to-day operations and therapy staffing for rehab therapy programs that serve long-term care communities and outpatient therapy centers. These rehab programs are located primarily in facilities such as nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and full-service continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). Additionally, Encore has recently expanded its service line into hospitals and schools. Encore was founded in 2007 by Leo Eisenberg, Barry Zasloff, and Linda Shackelford who – in addition to the current leadership team – brought over 60 years combined management experience delivering quality therapy programs to hundreds of skilled nursing facilities across several states. Our mission is to maintain the delicate balance of being the service provider of choice and the employer of preference, while achieving superior outcomes for our residents.
