**$2500 Sign on Bonus** Responsible to maintain and promote skin integrity. Responsible for wound assessments, wound care, and documentation. Responsible for mentoring and educating C.N.A.’s regarding wound care prevention and care. Must be an R.N. with some wound care experience preferred.
