VP, Clinical Operations (RN)

We are Colavria Hospitality; a progressive, local, and rapidly growing provider of rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living in the Denver Metro area. We live our core principles of innovation, collaboration, and harmony in our work environments every day.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of a locally owned company with a great culture!

We are looking for a VP of Clinical Operations (RN) to join our team!

At Colavria we approach healthcare differently and are:

-Large enough to solve difficult, ambiguous, and constantly changing challenges
-Small enough to truly value individual relationships with each other
-Not afraid of risk and constantly challenge ourselves to think differently

What you will be doing:

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

This highly visible role is unique as you will be focusing on organizational strategic goals as well as leading the team through daily clinical operations. Your priorities are to develop relationships and provide clinical support for our internal clients, external consulting clients, and regulatory agencies. You are the clinical expert and guide us through the muddy waters of regulations, balancing these needs with our organizational philosophy. You also will lead change management initiatives, quality assurance, and performance and process improvement.

Our role as a management company is to advise and guide our clients towards successful outcomes, sometimes that means rolling up our sleeves and doing the work ourselves. We are unique in that we are not “corporate”, instead, we partner with our clients and lead through influence and accountability.

No blame game here! As an organization, we fail and succeed together and understand how our individual actions and decisions contribute to the bigger picture. All of our actions are guided by our mission statement and core values.

Travel up to 30% of the time local and out of state as needed.

Who we are looking for:

You have a minimum of 10+ years in a multi-site clinical leadership position (RN) in the LTC industry with a high degree of autonomy. You have experienced leading a team through failure as well as success and embrace process and system improvement. You understand our customers, their unique needs and prioritize these needs when addressing challenges.

You have experience scaling systems and processes for growth and are energized by a challenge. You also know how to fix what is not working, constantly scan the environment for opportunities, and execute to make it happen! You understand that your success is only good as the people on your team and provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities. You are a clear and concise communicator and outline your expectations. As the regulatory and policy guru, you have excellent attention to detail, writing, and grammatical skills.

We understand that it is challenging to strategize as well as support and execute so that’s why someone who had performed well in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment will be the best fit. The right candidate will also have an active RN license in the state of CO in good standing and a BSN or master’s degree is highly preferred. Fluency in MS office and cloud-based EMR systems is a must!

People that are successful with us share these traits:

-Understand that our work is impactful, and we can help individuals live happy lives
-Truly enjoy working in a team environment with its rewards and challenges
-Think “bigger” and don’t limit ourselves to knowledge within our industry
-Can navigate and thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
-Approach challenges and problems with a positive mindset
-Like to have fun
-Celebrate the importance of diversity and different viewpoints
-Have initiative and don’t need a lot of direction

We care about your physical, mental, and financial well-being and offer:

Competitive pay
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans, and ancillary benefits
Fun and friendly work environment
Employee Assistance and Wellness program
PTO and holiday pay
401(K) with match!
Flexible Spending
Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarship Opportunities

Much more!

If this sounds like a good fit let’s talk!

Pay Range: $120,000-$170,000 annually*
*Starting pay may be higher depending on the level of experience
