MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Holly Heights Nursing Center, a 5-star facility and the only Colorado Quality Gold Recipient is currently hiring for a Maintenance Director.

Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in long term care, facilities management, plumbing, electrical and mechanical experience. This position works closely with our residents and all staff members. Flexibility, team player and organizational skills is a must. The Maintenance Director coordinates compliance with local, state and life safety regulations, MSDS, OSHA, EPA regulations. This position is a working director and reports to the NHA.
