CDPHE Surveyors will discuss patterns of abuse citations over the last 2 years and current problems with reporting and trends with deficient practice under F600, F607, F608 and F609.
Providers will discuss their experiences with specific abuse citations followed by conflicting instructions they receive from the Occurrence Reporting Hotline and CDPHE surveyors.
Law Enforcement Officers will discuss how they handle and classify reports of alleged abuse when they have determined the intent element cannot be met along with statistics on trends and mandatory reporting.
