The Annual CHCA Pageant honors the strong, spirited and beautiful residents in the Colorado Long Term Care Communities, inspiring hope, love and joy to all. Any resident that calls a Long-Term Care Community in the CHCA Family home may be nominated for the 2021 CHCA Pageant.

CHCA will host the CHCA Pageant at the 2021 Annual Fall Convention. in Loveland, Colorado on September 22nd, 2021.

All nominations must be submitted by August 16th, 2021.
