NHSN Hosting Training for June 26th Changes

The NHSN Vaccination team will be hosting upcoming trainings to review important changes regarding reporting resident and health care personnel COVID-19 vaccination data.

These changes include an updated definition of up-to-date with the COVID-19 vaccines, as well as simplified reporting forms. These changes will be effective beginning in Quarter 3 2023 (June 26, 2023). NHSN will be hosting trainings on two distinct topics:

Updates to COVID-19 Vaccination Modules for June 2023 – NHSN Long-term Care Facility Component 

Updates to COVID-19 Vaccination Modules for June 2023 – NHSN LTC Person-Level Forms ​​

Note that the person-level vaccination forms are optional tools facilities can use to manage and report their vaccination data at the person-level.
