New Employment Law – Notification of Tax Credits

New requirement: Inform Employees of Tax Credits

HB23-1006 goes into effect August 8th, 2023.

Employers are required to provide written notice to all employees of availability of Tax Credits – annually and upon hire.

Notice may be provided electronically (email, text), and it must be provided in English and any other language usually used to communicate with the employee.
