CHCA Spotlight on Excellence Awards Ceremony Registration Assistance
Thank you for choosing to celebrate and honor our Healthcare Heroes in Long Term Care during the CHCA Annual Spotlight on Excellence Awards. Please find guidance on how to register with Eventbrite to attend the Awards provided below. There are step by step images (if you click on the image it will open that specific step), as well as directions. If you are still having difficulty, and would like assistance with registering please contact CHCA.

- Please Visit the CHCA Spotlight on Excellence Registration Page through Eventbrite ( https://www.eventbrite.com/e/spotlight-on-excellence-awards-digital-ceremony-tickets-125242109521 ). Then click on the green Register button.

- Next, please select how many tickets you would like for the Awards Ceremony. Then click the orange Register button.

- On the following page, you will then need to enter in your contact information and details for the the general admission. Afterward, you will click the orange Register button.

- After completing registration you will arrive at the order confirmation page. You will receive an email verifying your registration.
In the afternoon on November 12th, 2020, prior to the the Awards Ceremony, you will receive an email at the email address that you provided with a direct link to the live streaming.
