Exhibit Space and Restrictions

Each exhibitor shall set up its booth in a manner that will not hinder the view of others or block pathways between rows. No exhibit construction will be permitted that obstructs or interferes with others. All displays must be within the 8’x10’ booth space and not encroach upon the aisles. Each exhibitor will be provided an 6ft skirted table and two chairs. Complimentary wireless internet access is available. All cancellations must be received in writing. A refund will be issued for cancellations received by August 15, less a 25 percent processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 30.


Liability and indemnification

The exhibitor agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CHCA and Embassy Suites and the affiliates and subsidiaries of each and the officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees of each against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof. CHCA, its agents, and employees shall not be held liable for failure to hold the Vendor Expo as scheduled. Payments for space will be returned if the event is not held.
