CHCA Council Education Proposal Requests
CHCA would like to provide the opportunity to Colorado Health Care Associate Members to provide education during the CHCA Council meetings. This presents the occasion for your organization to demonstrate your why providers and their communities would benefit from your services, and it provides the opportunity for you to directly engage with Colorado Long-Term Care professionals- to develop relationships with the Communities.
All Council meetings are available virtually to the CHCA membership, and recordings of the presentations are provided to the entire Membership at the end of each month. There is no fee for CHCA Members to attend the presentations. Most Councils meet six times annually, so the opportunity to present is limited.
This is only available to CHCA Members.
Requirements:
- The Presentation should be approximately 50 minutes.
- These trainings are to provide valuable education to Communities, and should pertain to the Council Discipline- please limit direct solicitation to less than two minutes.
- A copy of the presentation should be emailed to CHCA one week before the scheduled training.
- Please provide an agenda to CHCA as soon as possible (with bullet points/ synopsis)- agendas drive attendance. The stronger your agenda- the more participation and engagement you will receive.
- All topics/ presentations will receive final approval from the Council Chair, and the CHCA representative of the council to ensure that it meets the needs of the members. CHCA will notify the primary contact once approved to schedule.
Please select the Councils that your organization would be interested in presenting to.
