Cancellation Policy(Required)
Cancellations and Refunds : All booth cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is received by CHCA 60 or more days prior to the event. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Exhibitor Booth Information(Required)
• There will be a $50 charge per person for over 2 exhibitors. • Space Includes: 6 ft. draped table and 2 chairs. The venue is carpeted. Space is also tight between each booth so please no large standing signage. • Lunch included for two attendees • No early teardown allowed.
