Complete this online registration form and submit. You will receive a confirmation with your completed application that we have successfully received your application. Applications must be received by August 2nd, 2022. The registering community must be a current CHCA member. If you have any questions beforehand, please email Amy at amy_chiaro@shamrockfoods.com.
  • Please name up to three (3) members of the Chef Challenge team, and a brief bio for each one, including name, title, and contact email. There may be no more than three (3) people per team.
  • 1. List ingredients in chronological order. 2. Separate ingredients for major steps in a recipe. 3. List steps in order, keeping instructions short and to the point. 4. Give specifics about preparation technique and doneness.
  • Max. file size: 21 MB.

  • Please list any additional cookware that would be used on-site. We must approve use of any equipment needing an electrical source in advance of the competition to be sure we are not exceeding capacity and must be listed in the original application.
