Exhibiting Information

If you are a member of CHCA, and you regularly receive information from our organization, your username will be the email address that you provided to CHCA. Please reset your password if you do not remember it. If you are not registered in CHCA’s system, please create a new account. Please contact CHCA if you require assistance.

Booth Fees

Member Exhibitor Booth Fee: $1200

**If you are a Platinum Member or a Pledge Partner your Organization will receive a complimentary exhibitor booth**

Non-Member Exhibitor Booth Fee: $1600

Please note that your exhibitor registration includes four representatives from your organization, any additional exhibitors will require a $50 fee per individual. All exhibitors MUST be vaccinated, and provide proof of vaccination during registration in order to attend. This is for the safety of our Members, their Communities and their Residents. There will be no exceptions to this requirement. 

Please confirm that the information you are providing for your organization is accurate as these details will be displayed during the 2021 CHCA Annual Fall Convention.

Please remember that the Educational Trainings are available to Exhibitors as well, and are included in the Exhibitor Fee. If you would like to participate in any programs, please select them during registration.
